Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is expected to be a business partner across multiple clients & Social Media Platforms, using a deep knowledge and understanding of the clients' business in order to create the best conditions for the right work to thrive, leading to the success and growth of both our partners' clients and employees in our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition.
  • Working closely with all the publishers such as Facebook, Tiktok and others.
  • Have the initiative to plan and execute social media strategies and campaigns using different content

 

Qualifications


  • 2+ years' experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Passion for content and social media channels
  • Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and social media platforms
  • Apply analytical problem solving skills to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions of an organization
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction through coaching and mentorship

Mobile User Acquisition Specialist

Publicis Media creates value for clients through global media agency brands and scaled capabilities across investment, strategy, insights and analytics, data and technology, commerce, performance marketing, and content by harnessing the power of the modern media landscape to drive one-to-one consumer engagement at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands-on management of large-scale on a variety of media buying platforms Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  • Be a part in planning clients user acquisition strategy
  • Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks - campaign set up, optimization, and budget
  • Be an expert in the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices
  • Monitor, optimize, and report performance on campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Meet new customer acquisition targets, CAC and revenue goals while managing an efficient budget and LTV
  • Develop test plans and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities - including creative testing, product enhancements, pricing, audience development
  • Research, evaluate, and test into new user acquisition channels
  • Work closely with MMPs to ensure accurate tracking
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product & Analytics on campaign development & testing
  • Be an expert in the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices
  • Manage AB testing agenda across all paid media channels

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum 1-2 years' mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis
  • Experience with Google Firebase
  • Experience with Appsflyer & other mobile measurement platform
  • Experience with mobile UA on: Facebook, Twitter, Apple ads, Google ads, Tiktok, DV360
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Ad Networks on a CPM, CPC, CPI, and CPA pricing basis
  • Proven track record increasing & scaling customer acquisitions while driving down customer acquisition costs
  • Knowledge of working closely with MMPs, DSPs, and Anti-Fraud tools

Global Clients Lead

The Global Clients Lead is expected to be a business partner across multiple global clients, using their deep knowledge and understanding of the clients business in order to create the best conditions for the right work to thrive, leading to the success and growth of both our partners and our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day deliverables and work closely with all departments
  • Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition.
  • Provide vision, inspiration and strategic leadership to both the agency team and the clients. Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships.
  • Drive Growth of scope of work ensuring the account is positively contributing to the agency’s revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and mentor team members; provide feedback and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop Brand, competitive and audience analyses, strategic brand frameworks, campaign and product launch strategies.
  • Work across the Publicis Network & drive change for the client at a global level

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of related industry experience; preferably consulting, interactive, agency or direct marketing experience
  • 2+ years of proven track record in developing senior-level client relationships
  • Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and media,
  • An exceptional grasp on media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis and an impressive understanding of the digital environment – you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it
  • Apply analytical problem solving skills to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport
  • Strong project management and performance management skills – you are crystal clear when it comes to delegating and providing feedback
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions of an organization
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction through coaching and mentorship
  • English- verbal and written- high level
